End of day 4. I untaped at 12:21 a.m. And experianced a mild discomfort. It would seem that I placed a bit to much tension during this last taping. It has caused, what those in the restoring community call, micro tears in the skin. This is not a good thing as it means I must take 24 hours to nurse these and get them back to normal so that I can continue my quest. So tomorrow I will be taking a non-restoring day per say. I'm still going to tape just not strap.

Well as it's 2:30 a.m. I think I'm going to call it a night. Until tomorrow. Blessed Be.
